Returns
-Get Approval First: Please contact Pokebenta PH Marketplace support or the seller before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted. -When You Can Return an Item: You received the wrong card, or the condition doesn’t match the listing. The item was damaged during shipping (proof required within 48 hours). -How Returns Work: Contact support/seller with your order details and photos. Wait for confirmation. Ship the item back as instructed. Once checked, you’ll get a refund or replacement. -What Can’t Be Returned: Cards sold “as is” and graded cards in sealed cases.
Shipping
Shipping Days: Orders are shipped every Saturday and Sunday once confirmed. Couriers Used: We ship through trusted local couriers like LBC, J&T, JRS, and others, depending on your area. Cut-Off Time: Orders confirmed by Friday 6 PM will be shipped that same weekend. Anything after will go out the following weekend. Tracking: A tracking number will be shared with you through the marketplace after your order ships. Secure Packaging: Cards are placed in sleeves and top loaders then team bags and bubble mailer to keep them safe during delivery.
