The rules and guidelines for using the Packsilogan marketplace

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Packsilogan ("the Service," "our platform," or "we"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

Legal Agreement: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Packsilogan. Your continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of any updates to these terms.

2Description of Service

Packsilogan is an online marketplace that facilitates the buying, selling, and auctioning of Pokémon Trading Cards between users. We provide the platform and tools for transactions but are not a party to the actual sales between buyers and sellers.

Marketplace

Buy and sell cards at fixed prices with immediate transactions.

Auctions

Bid on rare cards in time-limited auction formats.

Community

Connect with collectors through reviews and messaging.

3User Accounts

Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Use only one account per person
Account Eligibility
18+

Age Requirement: 18 Years or Older

You must be at least 18 years old to:

  • Create an account on Packsilogan
  • Browse listings and products
  • Make purchases or place bids
  • Sell items on the marketplace
  • Participate in auctions
  • Use any feature of the platform
Under 18

Important: Our service is NOT available to anyone under 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

We reserve the right to request age verification and terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

4Marketplace Rules

Seller Responsibilities
  • Accurately describe items and their condition
  • Use clear, unedited photos of actual items
  • Honor all sales commitments
  • Ship items within 3 business days
  • Package items securely to prevent damage
  • Respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours
  • Only sell authentic Pokémon cards
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels
Buyer Responsibilities
  • Pay for items promptly after purchase
  • Provide accurate shipping information
  • Communicate respectfully with sellers
  • Report any issues through proper channels
  • Leave honest, constructive feedback
  • Inspect items upon receipt
  • Follow return/refund procedures
  • Respect seller policies and terms

Shipping Requirements

Approved Shipping Carriers

For the safety and tracking of shipments, sellers must use one of the following approved carriers:

J&T Express

Fast delivery service

Lalamove

Same-day delivery

Shipping Guidelines:

  • Tracking Required: All shipments must include a tracking number that is shared with the buyer
  • Secure Packaging: Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit (card sleeves, top-loaders, bubble wrap recommended)
  • Processing Time: Items must be shipped within 3 business days of payment confirmation
  • Proof of Shipment: Sellers must retain proof of shipment until transaction is complete
  • Shipping Costs: Clearly state who pays for shipping (buyer or seller) in your listing
  • Domestic Only: We currently only support shipping within the Philippines

Return & Refund Policy

3-Day Return Window

Eligible Returns

Buyers may request a return within 3 days of delivery if:

  • Item received is significantly different from description
  • Item is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Item authenticity is in question

Return Process

  1. Contact seller within 3 days of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos and description of the issue
  3. If unresolved, open a dispute case through the platform
  4. Return item in original condition (if approved)
  5. Refund processed after seller confirms return receipt

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 3-day window
  • Sealed products that have been opened
  • Items damaged by buyer
  • Items not in original condition
  • Buyer remorse (changed mind) unless seller agrees

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected by the seller. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

5Auction Terms

Binding Commitments

All bids are legally binding commitments to purchase.

When you place a bid, you enter into a contract to buy the item if you win.

Auction Rules

  • Bid Increments: Minimum bid increases are set by the seller
  • Reserve Prices: Some auctions may have undisclosed minimum prices
  • Automatic Bidding: Our system supports proxy bidding up to your maximum
  • Auction End: Winning bidder must complete payment within 48 hours
  • No Bid Retraction: Bids cannot be cancelled except in exceptional circumstances
  • Shill Bidding: Sellers cannot bid on their own items or use accomplices

6Fees and Payments

Transaction Fee Structure

Transaction Fee

₱5.00 + 1%

Fixed fee of ₱5.00 plus 1% of product price

EXAMPLE

Product Price: ₱1,000 = Transaction Fee: ₱5.00 + ₱10.00 = ₱15.00

Payment Methods

Bank Transfer

InstaPay - Instant bank-to-bank transfers

E-Wallet

Popular e-wallet services (applicable charges may apply)

Payment Terms

  • All fees are charged in Philippine Peso (₱) and are non-refundable
  • Transaction fees are paid by the buyer at checkout
  • E-wallet providers may charge additional processing fees
  • Sellers receive payment after buyer confirms receipt
  • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days notice

7Prohibited Activities

Strictly Forbidden
  • Selling counterfeit or fake cards
  • Fraudulent activities or scams
  • Bid manipulation or shill bidding
  • Harassment or abusive behavior
  • Circumventing fees or policies
  • Creating multiple accounts
Platform Misuse
  • Using automated tools or bots
  • Manipulating search results
  • Spam or unsolicited communications
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Interfering with platform operations
  • Collecting user data without consent

8Dispute Resolution

Resolution Process

Direct Communication

Try to resolve issues directly with the other party through our messaging system.

Platform Mediation

If direct resolution fails, open a case for our support team to mediate.

Binding Arbitration

Unresolved disputes may require binding arbitration as outlined in our arbitration clause.

Buyer Protection

We offer buyer protection for eligible purchases. Items must be significantly different from description or not received to qualify for protection.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or related to your use of Packsilogan shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Dispute Resolution Time Limits

All disputes must be filed within one (1) year from the date the dispute arose. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.

9Limitation of Liability

Packsilogan acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:

  • The quality, safety, or legality of items listed
  • The accuracy of listings or user-generated content
  • The ability of sellers to complete transactions
  • The ability of buyers to pay for items
  • Disputes between users
  • Shipping delays or damage during transit

Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claims is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, up to a maximum of $1,000.

10Account Termination

Your Rights
  • Close your account at any time
  • Download your data before closing
  • Complete pending transactions
  • Receive final payment settlements
Our Rights
  • Suspend accounts for policy violations
  • Terminate accounts with notice
  • Remove listings that violate policies
  • Withhold payments pending investigations

11Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via:

  • Email notifications to registered users
  • Prominent notices on our website
  • In-app notifications
  • Updates to this page with revision dates

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
