PACKSILOGAN

The Pokémon TCG Marketplace

Help Center

Plain-English answers to how Packsilogan works. If you're stuck on something specific, reach out.

Getting started

The basics — sign up, browse, and place your first order.

How do I create an account?
Click Sign in at the top of any page. You can sign up with an email magic link, an email + password, Facebook, or Discord. After signing up we ask whether you're here to buy, or to open a shop. You can switch from buyer to seller later from your account settings.
Can I link multiple sign-in methods?
Yes. Open Account Settings → Security and use the “Sign-in methods” card to add or remove Facebook and Discord, or set a password if you signed up with a social provider. Keeping a second method linked means you don't get locked out if you lose access to the first.
Do I need an account just to browse?
No. You can browse the marketplace, auctions, and shop pages without an account. You only need to sign in to place orders, bid, or message a seller.
Where is Packsilogan based?
We are a Philippine-based marketplace built specifically for the local Pokémon TCG community. All transactions are settled in PHP through PayMongo (GCash, Maya, cards, and Philippine bank transfers).

Buying

Buy Now, preorders, and the safety net that sits behind every order.

How do I buy a card?
Open any product page and click Buy Now. You enter a shipping address, then check out via PayMongo. Your money goes into escrow — it isn't released to the seller until you confirm receipt or 5 days pass after shipping.
What payment methods are supported?
GCash, Maya, and major Philippine bank cards (BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, RCBC, CIMB, GoTyme) via PayMongo. Some sellers also accept manual transfers — those go through a screenshot review.
How does escrow work?
Funds are held by PayMongo until the order is complete. The full timeline is on the Trust & Safety page.
Are there any buyer fees?
No service fee on top of the listing price. PayMongo charges a small processing fee at checkout, which is shown clearly before you pay. There is no fee if you pay with a manual QR option.
How do preorders work?
Preorders take a deposit now and the balance is collected when the seller is ready to ship. The cart shows both clearly. If the seller can't fulfill the preorder, your deposit is refunded.

Auctions

How bidding works and what happens when an auction ends.

How do I place a bid?
Open the auction, enter an amount at or above the next minimum bid, and submit. Each new bid must beat the current high bid by at least the auction's increment.
What is buyout?
Some auctions have a buyout price. Hitting that price ends the auction immediately and you win the item.
What is a reserve price?
Some auctions have a hidden reserve — the lowest price the seller will accept. The auction page shows whether the reserve has been met without revealing the amount. If the highest bid at end-time is below reserve, no winner is declared and the seller may relist.
What is anti-snipe?
If a bid lands in the final 5 minutes of an auction, the end-time extends by 5 minutes. This keeps last-second snipers from stealing wins under the radar and gives everyone a fair window to respond.
Can I watch an auction without bidding?
Yes. Tap Watch on any auction. We'll send you an in-app and email reminder when the auction is ending soon, and notify you if a seller cancels mid-auction. Manage your watched auctions at My Watched Auctions.
I won an auction — what next?
You receive an auction-won email with a PayMongo checkout link. Pay within 48 hours; from there it's the same flow as a regular Buy Now: pay, escrow, ship, confirm.
Can I cancel a bid?
Bids are binding. Contact support if you placed a bid by mistake — we review on a case-by-case basis if no other bidder has been outbid as a result.

Shipping & delivery

Tracking, timing, and what to do if something goes wrong.

How long does shipping take?
Sellers ship within their stated handling window (usually 1–3 business days after payment). Domestic delivery via J&T, LBC, GrabExpress, etc. typically arrives in 2–7 days depending on location.
Where do I see the tracking number?
Once the seller marks the order as shipped, the courier and tracking number show up on your order page under My Purchases. You also get an email.
My package arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Take photos of the package and contents before opening too much, then contact support within the 5-day escrow window. Disputes are reviewed manually.
When does my money release to the seller?
When you confirm receipt on the order page, or automatically 5 days after the seller marks the order shipped. Until that point, escrow holds the funds.

Selling

Open a shop, list cards, and manage orders.

How do I open a shop?
From your account, choose Want to sell? Open the shop setup form, fill in shop name, location, shipping policy, and return policy. New shops can list immediately.
How are seller fees calculated?
Packsilogan charges a flat ₱5 per transaction plus 1% of the marketplace sale. Preorder deposits are not charged a transaction fee — only the balance payment is. There is no listing fee.
When do I get paid?
Once the buyer confirms receipt (or escrow auto-releases after 5 days), the order moves to the Released state and is queued for payout. Payouts run on request from the Payouts page in your dashboard.
Can I sell to off-platform customers I already have?
Yes — use the Invoices feature in your dashboard. Create a branded invoice with payment options (GCash QR, bank transfer, or PayMongo), send via email, and the customer can pay and upload a screenshot. When their email signs up on the platform, their history is auto-linked to their account.
What is a Verified Seller?
Verified Sellers are shops we've reviewed by hand — consistent shipping, no open disputes, identity confirmed. Read more on the Trust page.

Looking For (LF)

Post a card you want; sellers offer matching listings.

What is a Looking For post?
An LF post is a public request for a specific card or sealed item. Sellers can offer a matching listing inside the thread; accepting an offer creates a normal escrow-backed order. Useful when you can't find what you need in the marketplace today.
How do I create an LF post?
Open the Looking For section, fill in the card you need (search the catalog or upload a reference photo), set your target price, and post. Sellers see the request and can offer a matching listing. You stay anonymous to the public; only sellers who offer can see your handle.
How does accepting an offer work?
Accepting creates a Buy Now transaction tied to the seller's listing. From there it's identical to a regular order: PayMongo checkout, escrow, ship, confirm.

Hunts & store credits

Earn store credit through Pokéball Hunt drops.

What is the Pokéball Hunt?
A recurring promotional drop where we hide redemption codes on physical packs at events, in-store pickups, and across our social channels. Each code is worth store credit you can spend on a future purchase. Codes are single-use per account and only valid during their release window.
How do I redeem a code?
Sign in, open /hunt and enter the code. We accept upper-case, lower-case, or mixed. If the code is valid and live, the credit lands in your account immediately.
How does store credit work?
Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable for cash, and only spendable on Packsilogan purchases. The credit is applied automatically at checkout up to the platform fee on that order. You can see your current balance in your account.
Why did my code say "Not yet open"?
Either the code is for a drop that hasn't opened yet (check the release-window hint), or the code wasn't recognized. We deliberately use the same message for both so we don't leak which codes exist.

Master sets & Pokédex tracking

Track which cards you own across every set you collect.

What is a master set?
Owning every card and every collectible variant (common, holo, reverse holo, illustration rare, etc.) for a given set. Our tracker shows you exactly which slots you have and which are missing.
How do I start tracking a set?
Open any set page (e.g. from the sets browser) and click Track this set. We backfill the checklist with anything you've already bought through Packsilogan; from there you can tap any slot to mark or unmark it manually.
How do I see all the sets I'm tracking?
Visit My master sets in your account. Each card shows completion percentage and links straight to the checklist.
Will Packsilogan tell me when a missing card gets listed?
Yes. For any set you're tracking, we send an in-app notification when a seller publishes a listing that fills one of your missing slots.

Tournaments

Find and join community Pokémon TCG tournaments.

How do I find tournaments?
All upcoming tournaments live at /tournaments. Pages show the format (Swiss or single-elim), top-cut size, player count, and start time in Manila time.
How do I register?
Open the tournament page and click Register. You can link a saved deck during registration, or attach it later from My Matches.
How do match reports work?
After a round starts, both players see their pairing on My Matches and report the result. Both players need to confirm the same score, or the organizer steps in to resolve.
I dropped or no-showed. What happens?
You're marked as dropped in the standings. Subsequent rounds skip your pairing. Repeat no-shows may be restricted from future registrations.

Disputes & refunds

When orders go wrong.

How do disputes work?
Open the order in My Purchases and use Raise a dispute, or contact support with photos and a short description. A real person reviews each dispute. Outcomes are typically resolved within 3 business days.
When am I eligible for a refund?
If the item never arrived, arrived materially different from the listing, or arrived damaged in transit, you're eligible for a full refund (or partial, with seller agreement). Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
What if the seller does not respond?
Use the dispute path. If no resolution within 5 days from raising, escrow returns the funds to you in full.
