Shop Policies

Returns

- Confirmation Basis: All returns must first be requested and confirmed by Packsilogan Marketplace support or the seller before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. - Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if: - The item received is not as described (wrong card, incorrect condition, etc.) - The item was damaged during shipping, with proof provided within 48 hours of delivery. - Process: 1. Buyer contacts support/seller with photos and order details. 2. Request is reviewed and confirmed. 3. Buyer ships the item back using the agreed method. 4. Upon verification, a refund or replacement is processed. - Non-Returnable Items: Cards listed and sold “as is,” or graded cards in sealed cases, are final and non-returnable.

Shipping

- Schedule: All confirmed orders are shipped every Saturday and Sunday. - Carriers: Standard local couriers (e.g., LBC, J&T, JRS, etc.) are used depending on availability and location. - Processing: Orders confirmed before Friday 6 PM will be included in the upcoming weekend’s shipment. Orders placed after will be shipped the following weekend. - Tracking: Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the buyer through the marketplace. - Packaging: Cards are sleeved and top-loaded (or equivalent protection) to ensure safe delivery.
