Quick note: every order on Packsilogan is protected by escrow. I don't get paid until you confirm the order arrived as described. So if something goes wrong, the money is still safe. Here's specifically how I handle returns and refunds for items bought from Packsilog.

WHEN I REFUND IN FULL

I'll process a full refund if:

I shipped late or didn't communicate (more than 2 business days, no message)
The item was lost or damaged in transit
The card or product is materially different from what I listed (wrong card, wrong condition, missing items)
The card has condition issues I didn't disclose in photos or description
A preorder gets canceled or product never arrives To request a refund, open a dispute on the order page within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos.

WHEN I DON'T REFUND

I won't process a refund for:

Change of mind after delivery
Minor variance within stated condition grade (a Near Mint card with one tiny whitening spot is still NM)
Damage that happens after the card is in your hands
Cards graded by you after delivery and getting a lower grade than expected (raw cards have grade variance, that's part of the hobby)

ON CONDITION ACCURACY

I grade my own cards conservatively. If I list something as Near Mint, I'm describing it the way a careful buyer would describe it, not the way a seller trying to push product would. If you're not sure about a card's condition, ask me for more photos before you buy. I'd rather lose a sale than burn trust.

ON FAKE CARDS

I authenticate every card before I list it. I source from preorders, distributors, direct trips, and trusted suppliers, not from random FB sellers. If a card I sold turns out to be fake, you get a full refund, no questions asked. Send me photos and proof and I'll handle it immediately.

PREORDERS

Preorder timelines are stated on each listing. If a preorder is delayed, I'll post updates publicly on Discord and on the listing. If a preorder is canceled (product never released, supplier issue), you're refunded automatically. The preorder slot count on Packsilogan is public for transparency. Your details stay private.

DISPUTE PROCESS

If we can't agree on a refund directly, Packsilogan's dispute team reviews the case. They look at the listing, photos, condition descriptions, and tracking. Their decision is final. I trust the process because the platform protects both buyers and sellers fairly.
